“You’ll be the same today five years from now, except for the people you meet and the books you read.” Charlie “Tremendous” Jones
In 1987 I was introduced to the books, “Think and Grow Rich”, “The Magic of Thinking Big”, and “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” Like many people before me, these books have had a tremendous influence on my life. They have helped to set the core beliefs that I live by and believe.
Along the way, I have also found it necessary to disassociate with people who were bringing me down, who didn’t believe in the power of positive thinking, and/or had a permanently negative attitude. This decision has made a huge difference in the quality of my life.
Is there someone in your life who is always negative or bringing you down? If you know the person is never going to change, it’s up to you to modify the amount of contact you have with that person.
We all have the same twenty-four hours in a day. Use them wisely.
Have fun,

PS – It’s not always easy to disassociate with someone – particularly if that negative person is a member of your family. However, you can CHOOSE how much time you spend with them.
