You've Never Looked Better!

Event planning is tough. The last thing you need is a diva on stage or an amateur to ghost you when you need them most. You deserve better!

Lisa Ryan knows that her most important job is to make you look like a rock star. If she does that, everything else will fall into place. We want to hear that your boss and co-workers were blowing up your phone with praise throughout the entire event.

From your first contact until after your smiling attendees head home, you can count on Lisa to deliver an outstanding experience.

Speaker Kit & Info

Lisa Ryan, CSP, is a leading manufacturing keynote speaker and employee retention strategist known for helping organizations keep their best people engaged, connected, and committed. With more than two decades of experience across manufacturing, sales, and leadership development, she blends real-world expertise with heartfelt, high-energy storytelling that resonates from the shop floor to the boardroom.

As the founder of Grategy®, Lisa teaches leaders how gratitude, purpose, and everyday communication can transform workplace culture, especially in industries navigating automation, AI, changing workforce expectations, and ongoing talent shortages. Her message is practical, memorable, and built for immediate action.

Lisa is the author of 12 books on appreciation and leadership and the host of the Manufacturers Network Podcast, where she has interviewed more than 200 industry leaders on workforce strategy, culture, and the future of modern manufacturing.

Warm, engaging, and refreshingly easy to work with, Lisa consistently earns rave reviews for her ability to make attendees feel valued, while giving leaders tools they can use the very same day.

Lisa’s goal is simple: to create a personal connection with the audience. The setup below helps her deliver the best possible experience.

Stage & Seating

  • No lectern (ever). Lisa performs best when not hidden behind a podium.
  • Close audience seating, ideally within 10 feet of the stage.
  • Clear, clutter-free stage (please remove extra chairs, tables, or unused equipment).
  • One small table for water onstage.
  • Stairs on both sides of the stage, when possible.
  • Open aisles or space for Lisa to comfortably move into the audience.
  • If possible, a second handheld mic or mic runner for audience participation.

Food Service

Meals are completely fine, as long as service is quiet and not during Lisa’s opening minutes. Luncheons, banquets, and conference meals all work beautifully with light coordination.

  • Lisa brings her own PC laptop; USB-C preferred.
  • If the event computer will be used, she can provide a USB drive.
  • She uses slides, sometimes with audio or video.
