“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” ~ Eckhart Tolle
Some weeks rush by. This one asks us to slow down. So instead of overthinking it, I’m sharing what’s on my heart, one letter at a time.
H – Home. The place you land, exhale, and always come back to.
A – Appreciation. The simple “thank you” that changes someone’s whole day.
P – People. The ones who show up, stay honest, and keep you grounded.
P – Possibility. The ideas that arrive when you stop forcing them.
Y – Yes. To new chances, good conversations, and second cups of coffee.
T – Time. The most generous gift we ever give each other.
H – Health. Fragile, precious, and never guaranteed.
A – Abundance. Not in stuff – in support, kindness, and connection.
N – Nature. Even five minutes in it resets your whole nervous system.
K – Kindness. The currency that never loses value.
S – Stories. The ones we collect, share, and learn from.
G – Gratitude. The strategy that makes everything else work.
I – Insight. Those small realizations that shift something important.
V – Voice. The courage to speak your truth with respect.
I – Impact. The difference you make, even when you think no one notices.
N – New beginnings. We get more of them than we think.
G – Goodness. The kind you look for and therefore find.
We shine a little extra light on thanks and appreciation today – the big meal, the big moments. But the real magic happens in the small, steady practice of noticing the good all year long. That’s where relationships deepen, workplaces shift, and life gets easier to carry.
“Gratitude turns what we have into enough.”
What’s one thing you’re grateful for today, and one thing you want to keep noticing long after the leftovers are gone?
Happy Thanksgiving. I appreciate you.
