All attendees must be able to see and hear Lisa. She does like to go into the audience and interact with participants. Ideally, there would be no more than 10 feet from the first row of seats/ tables to the stage.
During luncheon or dinner programs, please do not allow servers to serve food or clear plates during her presentation. Any desserts should already be on the table to avoid distraction during the program.
Lisa does not use a lectern – EVER! If it is necessary for a lectern to be on the stage for another part of the meeting, please have it set to the side of the stage for Lisa’s presentation.
In the rare event that Lisa uses visual aids in the program, screens should be raised or positioned off to the side. All equipment that is unnecessary for Lisa’s program should be removed if possible.
Lisa does not use PowerPoint in her programs, so no special A/V is needed.
Full house lights are best so everyone can see her facial expressions. If using image magnification and/ or video-taping, please use as much house light as possible.
Lisa prefers a handheld wireless microphone so she can easily interact with the audience.
If handouts are going to be used for her session, the master copy will be provided to the client. Client will make sure each participant has a copy prior to the program.
Hotel & Travel
Hotel room reservations (non-smoking), preferably at the same hotel where the meeting is to be held, are to be secured by you, the client, guaranteed for late arrival, and should be billed directly to your organization. Lisa Ryan will be responsible for travel arrangements, non-refundable, (non-stop, when possible) coach fare, round-trip from Cleveland, Ohio.

An invoice (with the exception of jobs through a speakers’ bureau), for travel expenses and per diem, will be mailed immediately following the engagement for payment within fourteen days of receipt.
Audio or video recording of the presentation, in part or whole, by the client for private or other distribution is encouraged – provided that Lisa Ryan receives the master copy and usage is limited to sharing for non-financial gain by the organization.
