All attendees must be able to see and hear Lisa. She does like to go into the audience and interact with participants. Ideally, there would be no more than 10 feet from the first row of seats/ tables to the stage.
Lisa does not use a lectern – EVER! If it is necessary for a lectern to be on the stage for another part of the meeting, please have it set to the side of the stage for Lisa’s presentation.
In the rare event that Lisa uses visual aids in the program, screens should be raised or positioned off to the side. All equipment that is unnecessary for Lisa’s program should be removed if possible.
Lisa does not use PowerPoint in her programs, so no special A/V is needed.
Full house lights are best so everyone can see her facial expressions. If using image magnification and/ or video-taping, please use as much house light as possible.
Lisa prefers a handheld wireless microphone so she can easily interact with the audience.
If handouts are going to be used for her session, the master copy will be provided to the client.

Hotel room reservations (non-smoking), preferably at the same hotel where the meeting is to be held, are to be secured by you, the client, guaranteed for late arrival, and should be billed directly to your organization.
